"I live in the Trudotoren, located in Strijp-S: one of the most popular and architecturally interesting places in Eindhoven. This tower by Stefano Boeri is also referred to as the “vertical forest”, with plants and trees all over around the balconies. This image reflects one of my favorite small moments of happiness, when the sun is setting and the low red sun is shining into my room, turning everything orange, red and pink. It feels beautiful. I’m also grateful for all the life this tower brings - the plants make it feel like I’m a bit in nature but it also attracts lots of insects and birds. Yes, the pigeon nest is a real thing - we had two families on our balconies this year! And the little cat looking down is also based on real life".
