"Unique Species"

"Within the Warande forest in Tilburg, there lives a species unique to the Netherlands: Eutamias sibiricus, the Siberian chipmunk. How come this squirrel only lives in this particular forest? Back in 1932, a zoo opened in Tilburg. Unfortunately, the park had to close in 1973, and therefore all the animals had to be relocated. When moving, a crate full of chipmunks fell out of the truck. They escaped and found themselves a lovely little home in the Warande. They can still be found there today".
