“LivingLab Stratumseind is a generative art project that transforms public data collected in Stratumseind, Eindhoven, into a living visual landscape. It simulates crowds moving through a digital environment, where each interaction leaves a mark, like a footprint, a sound echoing off walls, traces of human presence. This interactive tool invites users to explore and personalize the environment, where system-driven changes based on pedestrian data blend with personal choices like color palette and intensity, striking a balance between generative behavior and individual expression. LivingLab encourages a conversation about the collection of data in public spaces and how it can be used for creative and artistic purposes”.

 

Available in two formats:

  • A2 (42x59.4 cm), giclée limited edition print (100 pieces)
  • 30x40 cm (effective print area ~A4)
